NDBL is owned by OWL Landfill Services LLC, a subsidiary of Nest Sustainable Waste, LLC (“Nest”). Nest is an environmental infrastructure and services company focused on responsibly handling energy and clean energy waste streams.

Tim Shreve 
Director of Landfill Operations

Mr. Shreve serves as the Director of Landfill Operations to construct and oversee operations at the landfill. Tim’s prior experience is wide-ranging as General Manager of multiple solid waste collection facilities and disposal sites for Waste Management and Republic Services. He also managed the construction and operations of 5 E&P landfills for PetroWaste Environmental, as their Regional Operations Manager for the Permian Basin and South Texas. Tim studied business at the University of Mobile and California Coast University.

Zachariah (Zach) Ramos
Landfill Manager

Mr. Ramos is our Landfill Manager and has over 20 years of experience in solids and liquids disposal in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining NDBL, Zach was the Operations Supervisor of Sundance Services, an Oil and Gas disposal facility in Eunice, NM. In his 16 years at Sundance, Zach was responsible for operations of the landfill, maintenance, and on-site customer service.  

Dominique Tellez
Sales Manager

Before joining us as Sales Manager, Mr. Tellez spent 10 years as Sales Manager for Sundance Services, an Oil and Gas disposal facility in Eunice, NM. There he oversaw sales, trucking logistics, and environmental regulations. His previous sales experience began in Austin at Southern Fastening Systems, a high-quality construction products distribution Company. Mr. Tellez attended Grinnell College in Iowa and finished his BS in Biology and Chemistry at Sul Ross State University.
