NDBL is a 540-acre, 42-million-ton oil and gas landfill owned by OWL Landfill Services LLC,, We are located on Highway 128 between the cities of Jal and Carlsbad in Lea County, New Mexico. Our newly revamped operations allow us to handle over 500 loads per day of mud, cuttings, and other solid waste from E&P companies in the region.
Service
We are committed to quality service and quick turn times. Drivers have access to ten lanes that are all-concrete, covered, and all-weather. Each lane offers assisted offloading and washout services for vacuum trucks, minimizing the time drivers spend on-site and maximizing value for customers.
Speed
Offloading is quick work with our high-volume unload pumps and vacuum-assist for loads that contain a higher concentration of solids. We have 14 truck washing stations, including an all-weather concrete unloading pad and 4 washout stations.
ESG
Our facility was designed and developed with ESG best practices and adheres to strict guidelines from the State of New Mexico Oil and Gas Division. The design includes a base layer and a lower geomembrane liner, a leak detection system, an upper geomembrane liner, a leachate collection and removal systemm full-site H2S monitoring, and environmental site management to protect our customers, employees, and the environment.

Our detailed invoicing includes digital photos of the materials, trucks, and our system gives our customers the ability to know what they disposed of by well, and by material, within hours of a request.
